Join us as we engage in a one-hour self-care program that includes gently moving and stretching our bodies and enjoying a relaxing guided meditation - all in the company of our amazing cats! Led by Jennifer King, RYT, this practice is designed to uplift your energy and nurture your spirit. You will leave this session feeling soothed, balanced and refreshed. Just as cats set aside time to take care of themselves each day, we invite you to join us and do something good for yourself! Bring a yoga mat.
No yoga or meditation experience is required! $30 entry fee. Please bring a yoga mat and a pair of socks. We have cat themed socks for purchase if needed. Minimum age is 12. Space is limited so reserve your spot now!
